By using the Badge Maker App ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You may use the App to generate custom 3D badge designs for personal or commercial use. You are responsible for any artwork or imagery you upload and any badges created using the App.

2. Intellectual Property
All features, rendering logic, and source code of the App remain the property of the developer. You may not duplicate, resell, or distribute the App itself without written permission. The concept, design approach, and unique combination of features of this App are the original work of the developer. No platform, organisation, or third party — including distribution platforms through which this App is made available — may replicate, adapt, or commercially exploit the App's core concept or distinctive features without prior written consent from the developer.

3. User Content
You retain full rights to your uploaded images and badge designs. The App does not store, collect, or transmit your images or personal data — all processing happens locally in your browser session.

4. Limitation of Liability
We provide the App "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including issues relating to third-party platform compatibility.

5. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
